Expect a smooth, open pull with classic KM responsiveness. The ice bucket tempers heat during warm weather, helping flavours stay consistent while keeping purge snappy.

Setup & tips

• Use heavy-duty foil stretched tight on the Egyptian bowl; handmade bowls vary so foil is more reliable than most HMDs.
• Heat: start with 2–3 natural cube coals; rotate or space them around the rim to fine-tune heat and flavour.
• Ice bucket: fill halfway with ice (no salt) and a splash of water to seat the cubes. Empty and dry after each session.
• Hose care: traditional leather-style hoses aren’t washable; silicone hoses can be rinsed and air-dried.
