Setup & tips

• Pack the included Egyptian bowl on the fluffier side and use heavy-duty foil stretched tight. Handmade bowls vary, so foil is more reliable than most HMDs.
• Heat: start with 2–3 natural cube coals; rotate or space around the rim to fine-tune heat and flavour.
• Ice bucket: fill halfway with ice (no salt) and a splash of water to seat the cubes. Empty and dry after every session.
• Hose care: leather-style hoses aren’t washable; silicone hoses can be rinsed and air-dried.
