Session feel

Expect a smooth, open pull typical of KM stems. The ice bucket cools the path above the bowl, helping maintain flavour longer during warm weather sessions. Keep the purge snappy and heat steady for relaxed, traditional performance.

Setup & tips

• Pack the included Egyptian bowl on the fluffier side; use heavy-duty foil stretched tight.
• Heat: start with 2–3 natural cube coals; add or move as needed. Most HMDs sit loosely on handmade Egyptian bowls — foil is safest.
• Ice bucket: fill half with ice (no salt) and a splash of water to seat the ice. Empty and dry after each session.
• Hose care: traditional leather-style hoses aren’t washable; silicone hoses can be rinsed and air-dried.
