Setup & tips

• Use heavy-duty foil stretched tight on the Egyptian bowl. Most HMDs sit loosely on handmade bowls — foil is the reliable choice.
• Start with 2–3 natural cube coals and adjust placement for flavour and heat control.
• Hose care: leather-style hoses aren’t washable; silicone hoses can be rinsed and air-dried.
